Finding The Perfect Laptop Sleeve

I recently became the proud owner of a beautiful white MacBook. Before, I was using my family's shared PC and had to compete for internet and typing time but now I have my very own machine. :) It was about time too because I'm getting to the point in my education where having your own laptop or computer is essential for research, typing, more research, and just generally looking things up. I've also discovered that having the internet so easily accessible has eaten up more of my time than I expected. I can go on whenever I want which probably isn't the best thing...I will learn to control myself in time. My current internet obsession is watching The Secret Life of an American Teenager on the ABC family site. I didn't watch it while it was actually broadcasting, but now that it's over and there's so much hype about it, I'm catching up; and loving it so far.

Anyways, onto the subject of this post, I'm trying to find myself a laptop sleeve so that I can carry my comp with me wherever I go without worry of damage and scratching. When I went on Amazon, the choices were so mind-boggling that I don't think I'd ever be able to make a decision on my own. And that's where you, dear readers, come in. I'm posting pictures of my fave sleeves and you have to tell me which ones you like best. And they're kind of expensive so I want to make the right decision. :P Let me know what you think! I'm looking for some feedback.

What say you to this difficult decision?

  1. My favorite ones have to be either the first one or the third one.

I am actually in the process of saving up for a laptop myself, so I was hoping that maybe you could email me and give me a bit of info about your--you know, likes and dislikes about it, plus the cost. Anyway, I would totally appreciate it if you did that.

  4. I like the third one, the green one. I think polka dots are cool, too!

  5. I think the first two will get annoying to look at after awhile, so I would go with the polka dots, I like the green the best!

  6. I just got a laptop too :) It's so nice to not have to fight 4 other people in order to do my homework (or read book reviews)! The first sleeve is cute, but my favorite is the 3rd.

  7. Those are all good, but I have another idea for you if you want it. For Christmas a few years back, when I got my laptop, my uncle got me a backpack that's specially designed to carry laptops. (I have a MacBook, too.) There's a special pouch and everything in it, and it's really nice for carrying around your computer and schoolbooks, like if you're working on a group project and meeting somewhere where there's wi-fi.

If you like this idea, let me know and I'll look at the brand name and find it online. :D

    hope.

  8. Green Polka Dots for sure. My first computer, that was mine was a mac laptop too! My college required us to own them and they provided them, for a lot of $$$. I just recently bought myself a new macbook pro, school laptop was getting kind out of shape. It's so much fun and I know what you mean about spending so much time with it!

There are so many shows streaming online, I don't even have time to watch the ones on basic cable! Thank goodness for dvd tv!

  10. My favorites were the pink polka dots and the blue background with the flower.

Yay for the new laptop! They're great but you're right, totally addictive!

  11. I love the last one. I really don't like the poka dots. They look a little kiddish, no offense. I think they'd get a little boring or annoying to look at after awhile. I love the last one because that red flower just kinda stands out and is unique compared to the gray background.
