This Monday, I came home to a wonderfully large and bulky package sitting on my front doorstep.
My dog took quite a liking to it...
Ah yesss...

I've been click-clacking away all week. And while typing on my laptop keyboard, I already go to "shift-8" for the apostrophe. *palm-forehead*

Oh. I just got an electric typewriter when my aunt moved house, and the noisiness of it is kind of soothing.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, I love your Newton Faulkner quote. I'm singing now :-)
Hehe... love the manual. Oh how times have changed! And that's interesting people typing up menus?!

Eeek! I wish I had one! It looks so purdy!
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous. I'm hugely envious... I may show my boyfriend this post, because my birthday is coming up!
ReplyDeleteOh, yay! I love old-fashioned stuff like typewriters....I had one but it broke. ): Anyhoo, I'm loving the new banner!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh WANT. I don't know what I'd type on a typewriter though. But still. WANT.
ReplyDeleteI kind of miss my typewriter. Not sure what ever happened to it.
ReplyDeleteI used to have an old typewriter. Not cute like yours though! Me and my sister would play on it, and most of the time I think we just pretended to type without typing actual words, just a bunch of random letters and numbers! lol
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome package!
ReplyDeleteyay! So glad you got it. I love the new header featuring your baby. So cute =D
ReplyDeleteI love it and as the instructions suggest, so great for housewives! Ha. But one question... where do you buy typewriter ribbon these days?
